I am attempting to update to version 1.96 through impluse, but when I click on udpate it asks me that the prgram has to be uninstalled and that if I click 'OK' it will uninstall. I click it at which point, it tells me I am missing one or more files and that I should be connected to the internet (which I am) before proceeding or try add/remove programs. However only Gal Civ2 is there none of the expansions are present in the list. I can't see where I can possibly download the i
