Starbases have all sorts of cool abilities that affect other ships--slowing them down, speeding them up, increasing their attack, etc. Is there any way to give these abilities to ships?
I'll just add my 2p: I love the Jagged Knife event, in theory--it can really shake things up and take away the sometimes boring inevitability of a win from a good turtling strategy.
