Reply to Ive lost the common tasks window when skinned in Skinning WinCustomize Forums

This is my first post here, and I have this problem too. I've found the WB-skin of my dreams, which is White flame 3.0 Vista perfection. But it moves the common tasks bar and places it at the bottom of the explorer window. Is there any solution besides the one OP has come up with (not even sure it would help me at all)?
