I deleted the sig.bin and activated again. I've also reinstalled TA. None of this has changed anything. However thanks for the help so far - I would be glad to play the game again. Maybe I have to reinstall the whole game package?
no I used the update function of the stardock central.
I have just downloaded the newest version of TA and wanted to start a game. After selecting a race, opponents, etc. the game crashes. I don't even get to see the loading bar. My debug.err says this: Debug Message: Version v1.5 last updated on: Thu Jan 11 13:39:19 2007 Debug Message: The product appears to be validated but the serial number or the machine SID don't match. That's all. I was playing TA in the beta phase. Thanks for any help...
