Thank you for your quick response. I have no ticket number, since it never autoresponded to me, but I know the email was entered right. And it is for Stardock products. My emails were to sales, and to impulse so they would not affect the ticket, and they were sent before I found the support ticket screen. So with the news that support is off I will have to consider if I should renew my Object Desktop subscription. Thanks.

Ok probably wrong forum, but I have opened ticekts and sent emails with no answer to both Stardock and Impulse websites. For a week now I cannot log in to Impulse, it says multiple attempts made try again in a few hours. That started over a week ago, let a day pass, same error, two days, same error, 4 days, still same error. I did successfully reset password the first and second time I tried, but still keep getting error message. I can log into Stardoc

Thanks Antu you were absolutely right. If I choose a skin that is not per pixel then no freezes. Did not try that since I turned off per pixel and it did not help. At least I can run WB5 just cannot use cool skins.

After exetensive testing on my system, WindowBlinds 5 seems to be the culprit in causing random freezing within applications and at just the desktop. Even running a clean or bare install of windows xp prop exhibits the same behaviour. I also have a similiar problem with the newest version of WindowBlinds causing my system to freeze. However, I can't end task on anything. It just Freezes. I uninstalled WindowsBlinds 5 beta and reloaded WindowBlinds 4.6 and the problem went away. I am hoping they resolve this situation soon so I can install WindowBlinds 5

Having the same problem. I have tried everything suggested here and it is still happening. Been a user of windowblinds for a long time and have had little trouble with it until now. Any other suggestions?

Icons Not Showing in Enh Dialog WinCustomize Forums

I have found no one with the same problem as me, which is unusual. I love the recent folders and custom places bar in Enhanced Diag, however none of the special icons show. I just see the generic ICO icon in place of recent folders and all of the enhanced buttons on the top. It is quite annoying. I even have recently reinstalled windows (for other reasons) and it is still doing it. Any help would be appreciated.
