Load game bug and scroll bar bug in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Upon loading a saved game, the buttons that toggle on and off the color boundaries for the empires do not work. Neither the ships, etc. Sorry if this is a know bug. Also, scroll bars on tech windows are buggy at 1024x768, but work fine at higher res.
