Task button text moves down when clicked in OS Customization Stardock Forums

Hi, I'm currently trying to create a skin, and I have a small problem. I want to create a 'flat' taskbar without 3d elements, however for some reason windows draws the button contents 1 pixel lower and 1 pixel more to the right when the button is clicked or selected. I can see that it looks better that way on a 'pushed' 3d button, but it looks totally crap when the button is not 3d. Is there any way that I can turn this off, or counte
