One of the cool things about GalCiv1 was how it tried to give you a "morality" rating on your actions. For example, if you kept choosing to "dump those underwater pukes into the sea" to improve research capabilities on a planet, your rating geared towards "evil", and thus you were more likely to have an alliance with fellow evil civilizations. With the ability to choose any race, how would this be implemented? Would it be retained? Would minor races have alignments,
