Huh, good find there Rhedd_V!

I was looking through the data folders under mods and the game directory and couldnt locate them? Anyone have any idea how to add them. The other day I saw them inside the Civilization folder but I didn't want to edit that too much. How do I get them to be modded in?

I was just wondering if there were any fansites for Galactic Civs II. I did a quick search and failed to come up with any. It would be nice if there were other sites that hosted mods, tutorials, and such. Anyone know of any?
