How do I download the skins into the program in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

It seemed that before they would just download on their own and windowblinds would give me an alert, now they are all downloading as zip files and I don't know how to get them into the program! Please help, i'm such a newbie to all this stuff Thanks

I love the windowblinds program, but I can't make any of my wallpapers on it to show. It skins everything else, just not the desktop. What's sup with that? Can anyone help me please? Thanks
