Reply to Theme Manager doesn't apply Object Dock themes in Theme Manager WinCustomize Forums

I usa this on Vista Ultimate 64bit and the only thing the theme manager is able to do when I apply ANY theme is to chagne the theme to the Windows "Classic" version (i.e. gray windows, blue background, etc.) Themes do not seem to be applied in any way even though i can see them to choose them and apply. Any ideas?
