I had the same issues and the same errors in my debug file. After going into the game options and unchecking the "Full Screen" option, I was able to play for over 7 hours with out a crash.

I had the same problems. I updated to the ATI 6.3 drivers too and this had no effect. However, after turning off the "full screen" option, I've now been able to play the game for over 7 hours with out a problem.
