Ruddrage

Hi Guys, I'm just easing myself back into GalCiv 2 and I'm unsure if this is a bug or not. Basically I was working my way up the Laser tech tree and I opended the Battle Axe M4 which had a lot of firepower for its class. When I built one, it had 12 lasers mounted on it. The thing is, when I try and replicate this by building my own version of the Battle Axe I can only fit 10 lasers on it. I just upgraded to the M5 and it has 7
