Or maybe it's a glitch... I'd guess unlock your taskbar (if it's locked), and then resize, then lock it again.

I clicked on the "My Skins" link, and tried to see if I could display my WB that's awaiting moderation, but when I click on the drop-down button, nothing appears, and yesterday, four links appeared, in this order: Themes, Awaiting Moderation(1), Wallpapers(0), Windowblinds(0).
