New to Windowblinds and I have Questions in Stardock Support General WinCustomize Forums

I have downloaded a number of skins from wincustomize and skinbase.org and I'm wondering what I'm supposed to do with my downloads. Let's pretend that I'm old (I am) and I have no memory (I don't) and I don't know why some downloads turn out to be a .wba file (only) and some turn out to be a zip folder full of all kinds of stuff.
