Desktop Rotating Program in OS Customization WinCustomize Forums

Does anyone know of a program... That would allow me, to set up two or more wallpapers, And icon placement on each one, and then every time my pc is booted up, a new wallpaper and icon placement would appear? Thanks

Someone please help, this has done nothing but screw everything up. I installed it, reinstalled it, and it still stinks. Its installed, and the lil icon is in my toolbar, Welp, big deal, i double click it to open up the program, and i get Nothing... I download a theme from this site, and I have to manually open the .zip file because wbload wont do it automatically like wb4 did, And, once i do get it to work, theres Zero transparency... Som
