Just wondering if there is any CHEATS, or wiil they be in the final Game?

Anybody know Wherethe Gal Civ II Game Saves are Saved?

I've noticed there is no Install File. The only way to Install the game is through Stardock Central, that I know of? How do you Install Galactic Civilizations II Manually? In my Opinion this is Shortsighted not to include a Setup File. I am Sure this will be Addressed.
