I agree with starkers . We bought Stardock products to make our desktops diffrent from the one MS wanted us to use! I too in the 60's and 70's wore levi jeans, teeshirts and bikers boots, not to be trendy but because I liked them! I still pick what I

My first purchase was desktop launchpad. I needed something at work to launch repeditive answers in emails to users at the collage I worked at repairing computers and working help desk. Stardock at the time had the only program to do that, also bought something for os/2 from them. I remember a lot of you guys, thank you all for responding. Roger [e digicons][/e]

Ok I've been a member since 7/2001 and buying stardock programs a little longer than that! My question is how long have you been a member and are any of the founding members still around? (frogboy you can't be included in this question, you are older than dirt around here! lol) No particular reason just interested as a lot of skinners from way back haven't been around and wanted to know if there are any still around! Hey I got this program and it called knowitall data port and it's beta version 6, it doesn't work with windows 7. Do you guys think Microsoft can re-write windows 7 so my program will work with it or should I wait for the final version to come out after all the bugs have been worked out? [e digicons]o_O[/e]

I posted this on the sapport site and I guess the poor Techs are doing the best they can, one had me try verifing the install through impulse and the other one had me delete a bunch of folders to see if that fixed it. The little I know, I know that it's a C++ problem and the way objectdock plus 2 was compiled, I'm still waiting for a fix! Maybe you guys in the comunity might know one. here is the error. Thanks guys... Roger Debug Assertion Failed! Program: C:\Program Files<

Is objectdock v2 going to be available to object desktop users or do we need to purchase the program for $19.99 or the upgrade for $9.99? Also if we are to get it with our Object desktop subscriptions, how do I get the beta to play with? Thanks

Now that Stardock and it's comunity are jumping on the Win7 band wagon, or soon to jump on. Will the Stardock products be backward compatable with Vista and XP OS? Will there ever be more than a few x64bit versions of the products. Inquiring minds want to know, what do you think? Thanks
