I am rather good with Photoshop and think I have a good eye for UI design, although I've never really designed one. My proposal is... If I create all the images, by creating the UI in Photoshop, and saving each section as a png image file, could somebody else bring it all together as a windowblinds windows xp skin. I want a rather simple slick neutral interface. No (or few) animations, and no bold colors. I'm almost certain I know the answer... (Just learn the software yourself, it's easy and yo
