Also having an issue with Fences for the past few months, in a similar vein. It crashes on Windows 10 Enterprise unless I use a solid color background. Then it seems stable but will not let me changes back to wallpaper slideshow through the personalize UI in WIndows. When Fences is running on a solid background, I can select Slideshow but it doesn't change away from solid background. I hadn't seen this behavior pointed out and thought I'd share.

I took advantage of the recent dicsounts to reactivate my ObjectDesktop sub and to pick up ObjectDock as well. Now that I have it I wonder what the difference is between ObjectDock Plus and ObjectDock v2. My main question is about the weather docklet. I configured it to my zip and it seemed to work the first time it ran against that configuration, but even on forcing an update none of the graphics update, not even the flyouts

In all MS Office applications whenever I open the "customize" dialog, clicking anywhere on the dialog produces a "ding" and nothing else. Note that I can navigate the dialog fine using the keyboard, but the mouse is entirely disabled. After a series of restarts, removing applications from starting etc. I narrowed down the offender to WB. I'm running WB (WB about box = 4.3, SDC reports WB v4.51.047) on Windows 2000 SP4, with Office 2003. <

Things that work on XP but not on Windows 2000 (SP4): Wallpaper NEVER changes no matter how you set it up. Switching desktops on XP and the background wallpaper switches smoothly - not on W2K. Dragging a window replica from the current desktop to a hidden one takes the window there, but NOT the taskbar button. Again, works fine on XP. Other than that... This tool makes an excellant BOSS/WIFE KEY...

paxx - in Stardock Central the two items are listed as "Shareware". I'll take a screenshot if you want. They don't have an update button like most other OD module, they have a download button that takes you to the purchase site. I don't mind paying for something, but if you offer something as shareware, I'd like to try it before I pay. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN

Yeah, I figured it out soon after I posted (ain't it always that way?). But even more surprising that the option is set through Windows Explorer instead of in DesktopX. I wonder if it would be more clear to use a "pass through" setting that, when configured on a DesktopX dialog would set the appropriate Windows setting. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle" ALT

Is there any way to assign a hot key combo that will activate a certain desktop using either OD Control Center or BandVM? If I use 5 desktops, I'd like to assign CTRL-ALT-1 through CTRL-ALT-5 to each respective view. Any ideas on how to do this or if it's even possible?
