When I attempt to download it counts down from 3 several times then gives me an error......in the error log I noticed this "Account information invalid"...the other games I have purchased seem to work fine why would this one say invalid?
When installed it places a shortcut in startmenu that leads to a file called "GC2Launch.exe" which does nothing when run. I actually have to run a file called "GalCiv2.exe" to get the game to work. Does anyone else have that problem? FYI I am on winbloze xp pro sp2.
YAY someone fixed the weird double post....(edit: well i thought they did it seems to be back again now that is really weird)
Ty for the input but I tried that already any other suggestions? Originally I had this problem with a few of the "extras" for download in Stardock Central now it is only the Multimedia for GalCiv II that wont download. I have also tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it twice. On the bright side about the weird double post....my post will get more noticed haha but I dunno why it did that when a reply is made on one it also replys to the other.
I can not download the Multimedia for GalCiv II. It gives me an error saying something about the URL is invalid.
