You are right. The blog was mostly wrote in anger and jest but some people should not be allowed to have kids. Of course it wouldn't be the "land of the free" if we did impose laws like that. I do believe however that there should be much stricter guidlines for the medicaid and welfare system. There are too many people freeloading who are very capable of working.
