Why dosn't Wincustomize have Firefox themes?

Sometimes when i change the bootscreen, after i restart, it will bring up the scandisk screen (which i have never seen before on this computer because its NTFS i think)and restarts when its finished. Then the bootsceen comes up and dissapears after a while and you can only see the original xp progrerss bar(wtf?) and it will hang there so you have to reset. Then it comes up with that screen about if you want to start in safe mode and after that everything is normal. <img src="http://images.stard
