(Newbie question) The terror star eradicates a solar system when attacking. I would like to create a semi-opposite effect. Can it be done? Something on the order of what the Monoliths did in 2010-A Space Odyssey - Increase the PQ of the uninhabited planets in a solar system certain amount. Can someone define "nearby planet?" Are we talking in the same sector, neighboring sectors, or just the adject cells?

Forum site question in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

The Forum menu above the posts has a the words "Sort by:" next to the "GO" button but I don't see any way to change the sort (i.e. date, subject, from, replies) is this feature enabled? (Tried clearing my cache and I'm not seeing any JavaScript errors.) (:(
