I read in the list of whats been changed and improved from GalCiv I that starbases have been changed in some way, implying that there was a signifigant change to how starbases are build and improved. I looked in a few other places on the website to see if these changes had been disscused but was unsucessful in finding the answers I sought. I was wondering if others out there knew where to find the info on new starbases. I'm also curious what other players think ne

owners. Then the stabase would need to regain a certain number of hitpoints before another could try to caputre the structure, if an attack is attempted before this number is reached the starbase is simply destroyed. Just my two cents
