Last person to post wins, unless they are a moderator or admin.

Basically, this game is played so that the last person who post wins. What do they win? The ThreadKiller's Achievement; The honor of being the last person to post by virtue of the content of their post. However, moderators, admins, and anyone else who has the ability to lock the thread are disqualified from winning the ThreadKiller's Achievement, if they win by locking. If the thread is won by method of locking, the "winner" gains the Achievement Of Reprehensible Epic Lameness.

?

oops, forgot to talk to you about it didn't I v_v

Nacey is already working it in

edit: well we are going to most likely continue to work on it

Hey, I'm not in charge and I assume that the caps already have the 2-D work done for them (not that I would ever refuse). You don't have to pass things by me. Supposedly the creator was going to assemble slightly more unique abilities, in which case I would want to wait for that. As it is, I kinda feel like it's a great idea, but that ship abilities (let's be honest, that's where a lot of them really vary) are very recycled. I get why, I just wish it weren't so.

But whatever. As for changing up the Diplomatic tree, I was thinking that specialized directions of alliance could be made. TEC can have 'reparations' to better their standing with Advent. Advent can have 'common enemy' to better their standing with Vasari. Vasari can have 'slave release' to better their standing with the TEC. I'd really have to sit down and hammer out ideas with you guys to come up more for such a tree.

Of course, I should also post this on the mod thread...

meh this is a good spot as well

and my first comment was to Carbon

Oh, I see how it is...

No, really, I do. I'm just a tracer, so it's not really a problem. But yeah, Carbon might want in.

And Stant gave me wonderful web comic ideas.

yeah, I noticed that comment

personally I enjoy the readmes especially when I am having issues

but I digress

I'm here to help most of the time.

The only reason I said no, is b/c of what Draak said. The ablities are recycled. Once SuperZero whips up some semi-unique skills then go for it. I still say its a mini-mod though. Since it will alter core game play.

well Nacey loved it

I like the idea, I really do. The models are really nice and the whole deal is well put together. I would just like to see new abilities. I know it's harder to balance, but that's the price to pay for such an endeavor.

Meanwhile, Carbon (I think) mentioned that if we're going to extend the tree, perhaps we should make more pacts and/or abilities that require pacts. the only catch is that each group already takes care of the most obvious abilities.

Okay, we should continue this in the DS thread.

Yeah, sort of...  Love between two ladies...  Two ladies loving each other are called what?  It begins with L.

Okay, I'll clarify. Ryat said that 'Nacey loved it' and then followed by saying 'Sorry, got a bit emotional there' which was anything but true. So my first sentence, 'Yeah, you really flew off the handle there' was making fun of his second response. The 'L word' comment was both an extension of the joke and a common reference point for people that either have commitment issues (which, despite popular belief, is not an emotional insecurity as much as an unwillingness to compromise or change) or meet people who are will jump headlong into a relationship after the second date (which in itself is scary).

And I am totally cool with the other L.

Me too.  Great videos.  Especially the bubble bath scenes...  Oh yeah....

I go for the scenes where two friends are hanging out and one just broke up with her boyfriend. Good impetus, heartfelt story, and I find the going down scenes have way more pathos to them. Yeah, nothing like helping a friend get over the ending of a relationship... by licking carpet.

Although I prefer hardwood flooring.
