You should soon receive an e-mail with your registration serial#. There will be a link in there that points you in the right direction. In the meantime, you can go to the "Downloads" section of this site, and download "Stardock Central". You will need this to download the game. Don't worry- it is a perfectly harmless, and actually quite useful little prog.

Ok thanks, i have stardock central already as i also bought sins of a solar empire, but not with paypal and the email came straight away i believe. its been a few hours since a bought galactic civilizations and i still haven't got another email, but i guess i'll wait a while longer before i get worried about it.

If you don't get it soon, you might shoot an email over to [email protected] or somesuch. They tend to answer them quite quickly (if someone is in the office, and they usually are).

If you use paypal to purchase and have different email addresses for your paypal and stardock accounts, you'll need to contact [email protected] and have them merge the purchase onto your SD account.

Really? thats odd, i didn't think it would be in any way tied to my stardock account since i was never asked for it, it didn't seem that it was when i bought SoaSS until i actually registered it. Its kind of strange that this kind of information isn't given to you when you buy the game,
Anyway, i did email [email protected] on saturday but i haven't received anything back yet, should I email again to let them know my other email address?

Best thing to do would be to write them with both e-mail addresses as well as the receipt or transaction code from the PayPal e-mail. They'll get you taken care of.

I had the same thing happen to me when I was getting some Total Gaming tokens a few weeks ago. They're very helpful - just give them a day or two to get it sorted out. I'm sure with the launch of the new expansion pack they're swamped.

Support doesn't work weekends, and sending another mail will only delay any response. So I'd hold off until you hear back from them.
