I always go out and build one mil starbase somwhere near the middle of the map for the range and kind of a safe zone for my ships out on the front

Wow! I've also had this prob. Planets Quality jumps by usually bout six after invading, though not always. Nothing near 97 ,but PQ 15 going to 21 and things like that, not sure if its related to invasion tactics as I use mini soldiers alot.

I also had issues with the 91.31 drivers. Mouse and graphic probs with this and other games. Ended up rolling back the driver to march and everything works fine now. I figured i'd just wait for the next release and try those, but 91.31 is staying off my system.

Hi! I've been lucky with no crashes or major bugs in GC2 throughout all the updates, but now(theres always a but ) when i start the game with my custom race and ctrl+n i get the delault custom race, as if i had just hit next at the setup and never loaded them. I have to retire and restart to get my race back. One other almost insignificant thing. I use Kryo hull mod and I made a ship with just jewelry the

Just to update the portaits are 256 x 256. I went and did one to make sure it worked and it did. btw The logo and portrait folders are in the sam folder as the mod folder not actually in it as i had said earlier.

It's actually pretty simple to make your own. Just refomat any pic to .png (most photo editors have that ability), and resize to right size(logos are 200 x 200 not sure about portraits) , then just stick in your mod folder they got one for logos and one for portraits.

I Just got the game this past weekend, and in one of my first games (just chekcing everything out at the time). I had espionage bout 24bc with one race(can't remember who) and not long after hitting advanced, I was able to steal a tech. BTW I love this game so far and the dedication the team is showing in it.
