MooShoo WB dosen't do what TB does. WB does, but it cost money. Themebar IS Free! Both are outstanding prodocts. WB = Stardock Program WC = Stardock site TB = Has about as much chance as being offered here, as I do winning the lottery!

What browser are you using? WB can't skin the scroll bars on IE...Yet It's has something to do with IE using Direct X as a scroll, I beleive.
