Where did the option for precursor worlds go? in Galactic Civilizations III GalCiv3 Forums

Recently I started playing again after 1.8 came out. When I setup my game there was no option to set the frequency of precursor worlds anymore. There is one for excellent planets. Does that option include the precursor worlds? I also have one other question. If I build a mining starbase next to say durantium, does the durantium go to the closest planet? I do not see a route go from the starbase to my planet. Even though the planet is 4 hexes away from the mining s
