The 3rd edition works fine. Except random crash when loading a game with an already running one. Works if you restart the game tho. (In my case avoids me to abuse load autosaves ^^) Earned new FPSs with it. Thank you Brad!

I've searched road params in the FE/Data and Dara/english But only found values changing the ressource bonuses. Anyone knows where is the road speed bonus ? Or is the speed and ressource modifier one same thing ?

Well, your experience is VERY different of mine. Your approach of the game is very different of mine also (deductions from reading) Because of this, my text may be useless to you. But still, here is what i can tell you: Start settings are very important and at the game offers a good number of settings. So i think, 1/3 of your problem comes from settings. I'm in shame but i have finaly to ask this here, it's quite simple to do i guess: Where can i change the scale of units ? For exemple the scale of race's model (without touching the 3D) Where can the global 3D model sizes for tactical / strategic ? Somehow, the parameters i've found myself don't do any effect.

Multiplayer and dinasties = many of us miss them (even if most of us are silent)
I: Make a "mod" with optimized configs of the game/ map settings and stuff to play it 12x8+ (i'm testing 16x12, it's almost playable, but could be better if someone with skills and knowledge made an optimized for big maps config/set.) II: Make a "loading" / "turning" phase between turns (a la M2TW)
Testing on a 16x12 map ~turn 70. Performance boost noted. (~5fps) But: freezing during the "turns", 20 minuts loading and crashing during loading of saves.
Sooo, all this time i was thinking i'm doing something wrong (to get all the AIs on me). I watched the tutorial twice, tryed different races, played a lot on Stormworld 1.5a and always the same [e digicons]:rolleyes:[/e] City spam... Hope it will be "fixed", it's "boring" (luv the game) but i never thought

Got same problem as most of you, no matter if the map is explored or not, midgame = Death by fps drop. Overwise, i still manage to play it cauz i luv FE hard
