Josh, I understand that you may be a little bit confused, but here is what's happening. People submit their artwork for others to enjoy. WinCustomize does not own the work you submitted, they only provided a place for you to actually put them up. Now, whether you have your own place or not, I do not know. Warez isn't only what's used on a computer. It can be everything you use in your daily life. As long as someone stole your work, pasted your name/label on it, and sold it much much cheaper... as in "it's really too cheap to be true"... then that too is warez... No one ever said it was justified but like every topic that are so controversial, there are two sides, pros and cons.
