Hi, I bought this game recently and I have a question about the influence starbases. As far as I can understand its only use is to try to steal enemy's planets increasing your influence against them. The problem is: what can I do when an enemy builds an IF near my planets? I thought to build an IS near theirs so that I could "counter" its effect somehow but it seems to me that my IFs have no effects on my own planets. So shall I just destroy the enemy IF? And what if I
