bakerstreet, unfortunately the ego seems to have landed on top of the Rabbits... motion, there you go...the answer is '42' <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle" ALT="Powered by SkinB

Dunno about the 'nudity' but there sure is a deal of 'violence and profanity; in the threads! Wombat retires as it is now 'medication time'.
Another 'Doh!' post.... Nothing is 'free', US$20.00 for 2 years is A$40.00 and still not at all expensive! Kudos to the people at Stardock,I managed to screw up my subscription and decised I was happy enough (more or less!) to pay up for a 'second' subscription ...... and on my c/c statement the following month I found a 'credit' from Stardock! <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/bigs
Errrrr....."PlayStation Game".....I know what I meant!
1/SAS, 7RAR, deployed all over SE Asia from '69 to '73. Makes the current "War against terrorism" look like a Platstation game ....
I noted a deal of discussion about walls and the 'remove them -keep them' posts. PLEASE keep the section! I'm not a big collector of walls .... I still like 'Louise' and 'The return of Louise' from way back, but I do admire the good work available. As chance would have it I stopped by ThemeXP for a look at how the other half lives! FRACTALS!!!! Just like a return to Lava Lamps .....
Jafo can relate to my nik .... a "Wombat" is an Australian animal that eats roots and leaves ..... A "Wombat" is/was the Oz version of a "Tunnel Rat" in Nam. A "Wombat" is also a stocky and rather grumpy little guy who can head butt his way through walls...... I didn't choose the name, it chose me! <
"You can't have your kayak and heat it too" ..... very obscure Eskimo proverb.
I've been trying to get the SkinBrowser update for three days so far ..... even contacted "support" ..... now there's an oxymoron. Of course, if I decided to pay a third subscription (it was the only way to get their attentiom last time!) I expect the "commercial" side of Stardock would onto it like a Seagull on a piece of hot fat ........ not impressed! > <A HREF="https://www.wincustomize.com/ind
Yer gets nuthin fer nuthin ..... I'm not that good at skinning anything ( in fact I'm bloody hopeless!)and am most impressed by the talent of all contributers. My tastes vary as to what I would rate higher or lower but that is a common freedom. A subscription of US$20.00 (roughly A$40.00) is small change for 2 years worth of the talent pool ........ shame that the dregs of the Gene Pool can'
The GIB's rule of thumb ..... whatever will go wrong can and will at any given time! All will be resolved if one uses the single essential PC tool which compliments the hammer ..... a philips head screwdriver! FYI .... a 'Hammer' is known more correctly as an 'American Screwdriver' .... <img src="http://images.stardoc
I tried most of them out and settled on a Logitech Trackman Marble FX ........ can't use an ordinary mouse now! Not much point in cordless IMHO unless you work in a 2x2 work space!
Probably the "Evil Jafo" clone busy downloading several hundred megs all the time ...... 'Eats roots and leaves' </A
Certainly better than before, on a 56K modem anyway! Thanks to all concerned. Gotta go cable soon......!
As a former ''Regular'' and Vietnam double tour returnee, I am very cynical of those who ''wrap themselves in the flag'' and bay for war! Frogboy, I doubt if you have ever been under fire or even worn a uniform......killing people while avoiding their attempts at returning the favour is not pleasant. As horrendous as it was, the WTC incident is not unexpected, the US being one of the most disliked nations on the planet, in many cases unjustifed, in others deservedly so. While 100,000+ T
Re the ''Rest of the World'' assisting...there are units on the ground right now from England, Australia and France that we know of, not that anyone will say so officialy! As for the ''cost per Tomahawk'', what price do you place on the lives of the WTC victims??? In an ideal World the money would be used for all the right reasons......we don't live in an ideal World! J.
''PBI''.....Poor Bloody Infantry!
With all due respects to a nation that is shocked and looking for revenge.....who in this group will be going after the target on the ground? Air power will do very little in a country that has no infrastructure to destroy and where the Soviets bled themselves dry in recent history. The effective tactics in Afghanistan of any value are the old ones, as ever, the PBI. As a Vietnamn Veteran and (Recently) retired Regular Army type I wouldn't like the prospect......to have the President ma
