I belive that drug users should get some form of punishment, but that should be more like hard labor then jail time, they do need to go to rehab or they just keep on going to jail. This seems to be getting intresting. But the thing is for a legal system to work you need to rely on the people how are in charge. And people are going to need to rely on there gut and their brains and that is going to mean that there is going to difrent court orders for a case becaue a judge has a diffrent view on the situtaion. You should read World War Z. It is written by the same author how wrote the zombie survifal guide. It is about when a zombies spread to all the world. The best part is that instead of having one point of view it has diffrent points of views of people all over the world. I would recomend reading this book to everone how likes this type of stuff. Just one thing. What I said about people neeidng to be parade around town with bill bords saying what they did, or having them in stocks and being hit by fruit. I meant that was for teenagers, since it seems to me that sending teenagers to juvy or jail will just harden them up and is a waste of resources.
