I've been having this exact same problem.

I've got that fixed now. There is a problem with crashing though, whenever I start I game, I either crash the moment I start a game, or a minute or two in game.

Alright, I'm having some problems installing ToA. I bought it online with a credit card. I did what it said to do, go to SDC and enter the serial number. I think I did that, but it failed to specify where I go to get it. I figured it was in My Games. I looked under Galciv2, right clicked on ToA, and I tried to register it. I put in all of the information correctly, but it does not validate correctly, and yes, I have DL and DA. I believe this is most likely an error of lack of specification, but
