I find its best to wipeout all the minor races to keep them from winning that way its a real pain late in the game.

what do you need done do you need any planet improvements I have hundreds that I haven't released Or help with the techtrees.I used to 3d model but its been so long Ive forgotten how but im very skilled with the ship designer and making custom shipstyles.

i have know idea whats happening that usually works for me.

that's simple since there's no real mod just place it in the normal game tech tree folder and when you choose a custom race it should be there.

That is my next project after the release of the final wars mod I was a member of the last mod team but ive givin up on them and going to release what I have already done.I Pm all of them multiple times but still no replie im already 65% done with the mod just have to convert it over to TA.Maybe this post will bring them out of hiding.
