Yes the Ice Storm of 98, the year I moved to Southern Ontario. It creamed Eastern Ontario, Quebec, New York and every other State in the area. I was in Chatam so was not affected but sent up to Kingston which was hit hard. This year was a record for rain this summer, anyone else?
