The captains are fine, and the draft with reverse order is fine, I have played with a number of the captains, and they deserve to be where they are for the support they give to the team. I have learnt alot from every captain and player I have been teamed with. However, this should be in a thread of its own so RND 8 posts don't get too screwed up OH YEAH, this was just a bookmark, so you can ignore
