OK - I have emailed tech support twice, and their response does not address the problem. I have a jewel case with a 28 digit serial number on it. I am entering that number on the activation popup. I get an error box telling me that there is an error with my serial number. Support keeps respnding by telling me not to enter the collector's edition serial number, which I have not done. This is crazy. I see that a number of people are having a similar problem.
