wow, thats a LOOOONG post, how do you get that info? (and sorry for being off topic)

i have IC, it is nothing like what im talking about, i mean being able to custumize things to the point where you arent even using the same parts for vehicales as other people, being able to make bases, units, parts, defences, wepons, factories, even your speices all by scratch with an in game editor. so far, the closest anyone has come to this is spore, whitch is very close to what i want, just not quite what im looking for (it still looks awesome anyway <img src="http://images.stardock.com/gc

you know what ive been wishing of for soooo long? a RTS with fully cusumizable units (i mean all the way down to being able to make the parts for units) the best exisiting game ive seen with this is GalCiv2, but the ship deisigns are very limited in terms of funtionality, and that you can only control things at a galactic level, well, it just isnt enough. What i want is a game where you can make buildings, defences, units, even parts of the units all by scratch (or just use a crappy premade army

what is the equation used to determine the ammont of population you get per turn on a planet?

I have been trying a few strats, the one i found the most successful was +3 trade routes and +10% trade, reaserch trade early on and make trade routes as soon as possable.
