Anton, which race you usually play? Terrans? I personally do not mind that AI does not immediately trade their new tech with all other civs. Otherwise it would be near impossible to trade anything. On the other hand, I find it weird too that the AI is willing to pay for practically useless tech, e.g. laser II if they already have laser IV. IMO, you should not be able to trade a tech unless you have all previous techs of the tree or if you buy prerequisites in the same deal. Moreover so
I have the CalCiv2 v1.30A. I've noticed some weird things, maybe not bugs but strange anyway. 1. The sliders under the spending distribution do not always work properly, e.g. clicking on the arrow to increase the spending rate actually decreases it (sometimes by tens of percents).
