I've a similar Q. I'm the same as danilo1956 in that I have no net access at home, only at work. I downloaded the 1.2 .exe, ran it. Now whenever I try to open GCII the programme tries to email Stardoc or connect to Stardock. So I can't play. Needless to say this is disapointing.

Thanks for that. I too had no idea how to add modules to starbases once I'd created the base.
