Hi all Ive been reading Peter F Hamilton's novels,(pandors star, the void trilogy, confederation series etc) and I love the whole space saga thing. Was wondering if there are other titles out there by other authors with a similar feel to Peter Hamilton's style. Any feedback would be great. Thanks

Hi.. I thinking of buying an iMac soon, but just wanted to ask if Galciv and its expansions and sins will work on a mac OS system without having to use bootcamp to run windows? I've never used a mac (until recently) and love it thats why i'm thinking of getting one so if anyone here uses a mac any info would be helpful in regards to installing games etc. Thanks.

I usually go for tight clusters, common planets but rare habitable planets and about 8-9 opponents including me. I find the rare habitable/common planets usually gives a decent number of planets without the game becoming to overwhelming. When i play with 8 opponents everyone usually gets about 15-25 colonies each. Also abundant asteroids and anomolies and random minor races with frequent mega/random events and occasional extreme planets. h

This is shaping up to be another excellent peice of writing by you Komnenos.I hardly ever play as the Korx but you have inspired me to give those double dealing, grandmother selling lovable rouges a go..perhaps if we had the korx in charge of our global economy things wouldnt be so messed up at the mo..or would they..lol [e digicons]:andrew:[/e]

Mighty fine story telling..absolutely love it..in regards to your problem: I usually park transports right near the enemy planet..usually that works..i know you have tried it but park a transport at the home world..its a good way to piss anyone off.[e digicons]:andrew:[/e] Also every couple of turns start demanding things ive seen that usually damages diplomatic relations..i once went from warm to cool and then war..but it dose take a while.
