The issue is specifically with Stardock Design created skins and suites. People in the past have asked if they could use pieces from them, or use other Stardock icons or imagery in their work, and every time I've gone in for permission for things like that, always with the user stating it's for non-commercial use, I've been told that we can't grant permission for reuse of much of our artwork. "Unfortunately, no. It's tricky for us to allow people to use any of our artwork or logos. " I don't understand that one at all. Nearly half of the files on this site contain the windows logo and it's clear no one has permission from Microsoft to use it. Not to mention other logo's from products are found all over.

The only error i've noticed is on the member pages, it shows my real name when I wanted my "web" name to show online. I checked to make sure there wasn't a checkmark in the show my real name settings as well. Other then that everything works and looks great!

I think the skinning community is stuck in the "Vista" rut. When the OS screenshots started popping up online last year, boom there was skin after skin and there still is to this day. Now granted I've used some of them and heck even the new Wincustomize Select Suite is loosely based off "Vista." Personally I'd like to see take-off's of a design, not a full blown ripoff. People mention the forums are a mess, yes I agree. I use to visit them

Kroogz, I had this issue as well. All I did was logout, delete my cookies and log back in. If anything you can request your serial # at stardock.com and place that in the Object Desktop program if you need it. Happy Holidays

when you update to 2.0 it says the skin is not compatible. This is a common thing with firefox themes as they require to be updated sometimes when there are new builds. Considering this is a massive new build I would assume stardock would update this theme. But that's why I'm asking, maybe I need to email them and make them aware of this change.

I wasn't sure where to put this but I was just wondering about something. I love this Suite but with the new Firefox 2 I can't use the theme that came with the suite. Is there any chance of an update to allow 2.0 users to continue to use this great theme? Normally there isn't updates but considering this suite was recently released I am hoping this change can be done. Again I wasn't sure where to put this question. It's ok, I don't like their tabs at all. As you can't customize them like you can in IE. At least i've not seen any options. Also don't care for the import bookmarks issues that come up when trying to import from firefox. Those are probably just errors I have. I think it's nice looking but I won't switch from firefox over to IE7 unless somethings are customizeable, but then again we're talking about microsoft here.

Took me a little bit to figure out the ball resize as well. Hold the shift key and left click on the ball. Love this theme! Great job as always..

Completely agree! That honestly gets my vote, I love this site to me there's not many things more to add except i'd like to see more Premium Suites. Seriously, I love purchasing them because you know their some of the best work online. Dispite some negative comments from others i'd say a good portion of windowblinds users like the premium suites. That could be a new poll on this site actually.

Lynnyf, if you already purchased the package i'm sure on object desktop it will show an update is available. If you don't have object desktop then u could always request your serial #'s and that should take u to the latest package available.. I'm just guessing here but usually thats how it works.. FrogBoy could answer this one better then me i'm sure

It's not there yet, must still be putting things together. The discount doesn't show the icons and if u just click on the regular priced and want to purchase it doesn't show up in the basket so their not up yet is my guess.
