Really would like to know if I, and many others, will get a fix for the constant Minidumps in MP games. I have yet to play this game MP because I always get a Minidump. (yes, I sent them to support) SP works its just boring. :(

This is really interesting, the Open letter form Michael pretty much show what happens when pirates do a bad job. Most people, when playing a bad pirate job, get a pore impression of the game. Thus, reducing its word of mouth. It could be said that "If they had no protection then the word of mouth of would of been better form the pirates." but who, in there right mind, could ask that? I totaly have a crash when i play MP. It only happens in MP and I have played about 4 SP games with no crash. For me the crash happens bout 3-5 min in to any MP game that i join or host. I have been Double Billed for a game I recently bought. And seeing as how support is really hard to figure out what exacly I need to use to report/ask about this (its pretty clear on if you have a game question but not on this sort of billing question) What steps do I take and who to I contact here because I do not want to have to dispute a charge through the bank.
Yeah, went to www.stardock.com/support and requested my info but nothing yet. Its been about an Hour or so. I just got home from work and downloaded the game an everything ok just need a key.
