Event Horizon

Once I had the Altarians defeat me culturally. It was just me and them left, I was 3 turns away from a technology victory when they beat me.

There is no such file on my entire computer, let alone the system32 folder. It CAN'T be my video card overheating, I play many games that are far more graphically intense (battlefield 2 anyone?) without any problems. I'm just as baffeled as anyone else here. Usually if a problem happens I'm able to fix it myself, but this one has got me stumped.

It's just that I posted here, and waited 3.5 hours, and my topic is ignored and bumped to the second page. Now nobody is going to see it, and I'm going to be stuck with a broken game that I paid my hard-earned cash for. And that makes me upset.

What do you mean by "last page?" If your referring to the debug.err file that's all there is.

This is a great game and all, but what good is it when I can't even play it? Whenever I start a new game, I go probably 10-15 minutes and then the game will randomly lock up, I hear static for half a second from the left speaker, and then my computer resets. This game used to work perfectly on my computer, until recently I formatted my hard drives and reinstalled everything, since then this game crashes nonstop for me. I have all the latest
