512 is barely enough to run XP efficiently.

1) There are no "same" weapons in each alignment. 2) Global.

Funny, I didn't have to typ it in this time. I have confirmed it IS 1.1, though.

It makes Farming more attractive. In my first 1.1 game, I have Earth cranking out a Colony ship every 4 turns. It's got a farming bonus tile. Later, I hope to crank out transports at the same speed.

If you have a planet(s) that keep getting attacked but you have no way to pre-emp the attacks, OFM with some decent ships will help repel them.
