Yeah i know theres a alliance button under the slider, That shows up in normal played games. BUT, when u play with a team, its not there. Not to mention, the game doesnt give you the option of teaming up ur enemys(which i dont understand at all). Bottom line is...team option is utterly useless
I played a game today, where i had myself teamed with the Torian race. When the rest of the races were wiped out, it said i had to finish off the Torian (note: this was a millitary conquest game) .Soooo i went ahead and tried to attack them, and it told me i had to break alliance first. its proly your GC...I had the same problem, then i went and bought a new GC....and pooof, ala textures, and lights btw... I had a GeForce 4 MX series....now i have a GeForce 6200.....NIGHT N DAY difference

GeForce4 MX 440 with AGP8X....Yeah i dl'ed the new update last night.... still getting the same problem. I have this BAAAAAAAAD feeling(which i dont get) that its my GC...
My drivers are current to latest update....81.98....any other ideas?
yeah i have the same card..........and i get NO colors also, except mine are just black, not even white....i hope this isn't a gc related problem.......grrr
Yes i know that they're not casting shadows, etc.....MY PROBLEM is...i get NOOO color whatsoever. When i place the bubble on my ship(wherever it may be), i get NO colors....its ticking me off...lol In other words....if i want white color, i get black....If i want red, i get black.....If i want blue, i get black.....And my hull are all dark colors, so they should show up quite bright i would think.

I have noticed in quite a few diff. screenshots, that people are using lights for that extra enhancement for ships. Well i have tried to use lights numerous times, and everytime i goto look at ship, they're not there. The bubble/orb is, but not the actual lights(blue,red,white,yellow). Any ideas, how i can get this to work??? Sorry if this is a Newb question, but i am baffled.....
