Ohalland, thanks. I do them just by myself at the moment. -Brian

Missing a bunch of textures? How about you try a reinstall of the game. -Brian
Sure. http://www.battleclinic.com/ Check it out. -Brian
Hard points are implemented using "dummy" objects in 3dsmax. I will scatter them around the ship in in case some people still want to use full sized hardware. Mmm. I can't wait to get photons and phasers on these things : ) -Brian
El Conquest. I'll see what I can do : ) If you like double engines, check out the Arkroyal: https://forums.galciv2.com/?ForumID=162&AID=117065 -Brian
DWellsian . I am happy that you've made the corrections. I think that you should go directly to stardock and see about getting it included in the main code base. -Brian
jkstexas2005, good question. First, I plan on adding internal mount points to each ship, so some of the hardware won’t be seen. Second, Once you scale the hardware down to their smallest setting, you really can’t see them on the ships. Either way should preserve the “look” of these models.

Hedgemebaby. Well, currently I have no elegant way of installing the ships without overwriting the current GlaCiv2 models. This seems like a dirty way of distributing the hulls, so I was planning on releasing them using the soon to be available mod architecture in 1.2. However, I would assume that the architecture will support only one active mod at any given time, so if I were to release the ships as separate mods, then you could only have one installed at once. If anyone has some
Spaxspore, I will see what I can do. -Brian
Galliard, like i've said in a previous thread, I wouldn't be able to give the jewelry the same finished lighted feel, so you wouldn't get the same quality. If anyone wants to pull this off, I can try to help out. -Brian
Mmm. We'll 1.2 is supposed to be out by the end of the month (any one want to learn the mod api for me?), but I want to add more ships to this pack then the ones in the list, so who knows. I don't think it will be done by the end of May, but mid June perhaps? I don't know. "When it's done" I guess. -Brian
kieves1 I have edited the form so it should allow you to sign up now. -Brian
You would have to sacrifice the added lighting pass that I do in max. You couldn't do decent off-line lighting if you have the flexibility to place objects in any orientation. -Brian
I am building them in 3ds max, and importing them into GalCiv2. You can use the designer to place your hardware, or build onto the ship hulls if you'd like. -Brian

Thanks folks. Sovereign comming up tonight! -Brian
I will see about a Nebula class (never liked the class much myself actually). I am working on the Akira right now. No I do not yet plan to do any non-fed ships. If i did, then this would never end and I would essentially be an unpaid member of stardock. : ) So many good ships. Let's hope I can keep the production up, and we can have a 20-30 ship pack. -Brian
The Arkroyal (Click thumbnail images for larger version) Po
: ) I didnt work the race colors into any of the models. I think they would just come out looking odd, as the shading and lighting for those areas would be different then the rest of the hull. -Brian
Hey AdmiralZ. I will have more small ships now that I can turn these things around in a shorter period of time. The Akira has been a pain in the ass. If i can get one looking good, then I will include one. Sign up for email updates and I'll let you know if I put one out. -Brian
Aedaric. The intrepid is comming up soon, just hang on for a bit longer! danielost. What is an onex? The "real" enterprise is 1701-D from TNG? That is a galaxy class ship, which is in my table above. If you mean the original 1701, I did not include it because I seemed a bit too old, if you know what I mean. -Brian
